Processing and shipping time?

Worldwide shipping is available!

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order (excluding custom wig orders). Shipping time varies based on location and can range from 2 to 7 business days for Canada & US orders after receiving notification of shipment. However, you may receive your items earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way.  

International shipment: Mazic Beauty is not responsible for customs or duty fees outside of Canada.

How many bundles of Mazic Beauty Hair would I need?

Each bundle is approximately 100 grams or 3.5 oz. We recommend 2 to 3 bundles for lengths under 18”, 3 to 4 bundles for 18” to 22” and 4 bundles for lengths 22” and longer. This also depends on your personal preference and how full you want your Mazic Beauty Hair to be.

 

How long does Mazic Beauty Hair last?

With proper care and maintenance, Mazic Beauty Hair can last you several years.

 

How do I maintain my Mazic Beauty Hair?

Depending on your purchase, a more detailed hair care note will be added in your package! However, it is important to co-wash your hair before installation and every week. Avoid products with sulfate and alcohol. Do your best to use natural oils and products on your Mazic Beauty Hair like you would on your natural hair. 

 

Can I color my Mazic Beauty Hair?

YES! Mazic Beauty Hair takes color very well. To bleach and dye your hair, we recommend you use a professional.

 

Returns & Exchanges?

We do not offer refunds and all sales are final. However, In order to qualify for a store credit, customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 calendar days of order receipt. Any return request not received within the specified time frame will not be accepted. Send an email to info@mazicbeauty.com to initiate the return process for a store credit. The product(s) must be sent back in the original packaging condition as it was when shipped from us. It cannot be cut, washed, brushed, combed, colored, worn or altered in any way. The ties for hair bundles must remain in tact as it was received by the customer.

The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. we are also not responsible for lost items in transit. We advice you use a traceable postal carrier with signature.
